When to choose matte polypropylene inkjet labels

Matte poly labels are the practical choice for any application where moisture, oils, or cleaning products come into contact with the label surface. Unlike paper labels, polypropylene does not absorb water, so the face stock and adhesive stay intact when wet. Common applications include health and beauty products (soaps, lotions, shampoos, body wash), refrigerated and frozen food packaging, candle and bath product labels, outdoor product labels exposed to weather, agricultural and horticultural product tags, secondary chemical container labels, and industrial equipment tags that need to survive handling and exposure.
